JARL is going mad ? BPL/PLC ISSUE
My blog is only in Japanese so far. Sorry for that.
But,I have to tell all the folks outside Japan who are reading this
about JARL administration's outrageous manner on BPL/PLC issue.
Unbelievably they said "Yes" for BPL/PLC while most of JAs are against for it.
